Most of these products are available for immediate fulfillment. All the parts are warranted to be 100% new and original with perfect functions.

2. What is your Privacy Policy?
   When you place an order on chipapex-limited.com, we collect personal information such as your name, phone number, address and email address. We use this information ONLY to fulfill your order. We do NOT sell information gathered on this site to other companies.
3. Do you accept PayPal?
   Yes, PayPal is the fastest way and protects your benefits, you can trust it. We can accept PayPal when the order is below USD1000.00. Since PayPal’s fees are high, if the order is more than US$1000.00, we advise to use payment via Telegraphic Transfer to our ChipApex account. You can trust us.
4. What is the warranty on the parts you sell and Return Policy?
   We guarantee the quality for 30 days since the parts were shipped. All parts will be inspected before shipment. If the parts you receive don’t meet the form, fit and function specs of the manufacturer, we will replace the parts or refund your money.

Our policy is: If the parts are rejected on incoming inspection for non-functional reasons, you need to contact us within 7 business days to request an RMA. If you have any failures or problems with the parts during production, installation or testing, please contact us: 839314116@qq.com

• There is no price on the product page – What do I do?
  You can send RFQ/Quote (URL: chipapex-limited.com), Inquire Online, Call Us or Email Us at 839314116@qq.com to recheck the price and stock information. We will offer our quotation for you soonest and after your confirm order, we will send our proforma invoice for you to make the payment.
• What will be the shipping cost?
  Free shipping anywhere in Hong Kong on orders over $100.00 by express.
  With reference to DHL, if the weight is 0.00kg-1.00kg, the shipping cost is USD40.00. More detailed cost depends on the package’s weight. For detailed cost, please kindly contact us. Email is 839314116@qq.com

If you need any faster shipping method, you can always provide your carrier account # during checkout. (UPS, FedEx/TNT or DHL)

• When will my order ship?
  All items available on chipapex-limited.com are in stock in our warehouse, so most orders, after we receive your payment, will be processed for shipment on the same day or within 1-2 days. The details are provided in our quotation list.
• Do you fill orders for small quantities?
  Currently all parts available for sale at chipapex-limited.com are stocked in our warehouse. It is not feasible to fulfill orders under $100.00 without incurring loss on our part. For that reason we have the following policy:

We add a min. order fee for all orders under $100.00. To avoid the min. order fee, we encourage our customers to place orders for $100.00 or more.

• Can I find obsolete electronic components at ChipApex?
  Yes you can. ChipApex has the ability to provide its customers with the most current products as well as hard-to-find electronic parts. If you do not find an item you are looking for, we can locate hard-to-find components as long as they exist on this planet. Just send us an email or give us a call.
• How do I find the part I am looking for on your website?
  We have made searching our inventory fast and easy from anywhere on our site. On any of the top pages of chipapex-limited.com, simply enter your part number and click “Search”. You will get a set of results, locate the part you are looking for. Then you can submit a Request For Quote or RFQ online. Our ChipApex sales associates will contact you shortly with price and delivery information by Email.
• Will I get a tracking number and a copy of an invoice?
  Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will email the tracking # to you. After the goods arrive at your company, we will send feedback to you. If you need the invoice, you can send inquiries to us.
• Do I need to register to look for an item?
  You don’t need to register to send RFQs; you can send inquiries online directly. We will send quotations by email to you. Also you can create and use “My Account” to Register or Sign In at the top of the website page. There you will find your inquiries list and edit your contact information and delivery information.
