I. Quality Assurance Period: Dual Standards of Laws and Commitments

We provide a clear quality assurance period for the electronic components sold, and strictly comply with the mandatory provisions of laws in various countries regarding after-sales warranty.

  • The Principle of Legal Priority:If the laws and regulations in your region stipulate a longer warranty period (e.g., the 2-year warranty obligation in the EU, the 3-month defect return period in South Korea, etc.), the local legal provisions shall prevail, and we will strictly enforce them.

II. Scope of Quality Issues: Clearly Defined Coverage

  • Inherent product defects:Such as functional failures in unused condition, parameters not conforming to industry standards or order descriptions (e.g., incorrect model numbers, substandard performance, etc.).
  • Inconsistent with the order:Such as cases where the model, specification, or quantity of the received product is inconsistent with the order information, or where the product is damaged due to packaging defects.
  • Issues confirmed by third-party testing:Cases where authoritative third-party testing institutions issue reports confirming that the product has quality problems.

III. Quality Issue Handling Process: Efficient Response, Full Transparency

If you identify quality issues with the product, you can resolve them quickly by following the process below:

1、Submit an Application (Within 3 Days)

Please, within 3 days of receiving the goods, submit a written explanation of the quality issue through the “After-Sales Application” channel on the official website or by contacting customer service, which must include:

  • Order number, product model, and quantity
  • Description of the issue (with clear photos/videos attached)
  • Authoritative third-party testing report (if performance-related issues are involved)

2、Review and Confirmation (Within 3 Working Days)

Our quality inspection team will review your application within 3 working days. Once confirmed as a quality issue, we will immediately issue a Quality Problem Handling Form specifying the solution (return or replacement) and the processing time limit.

3、Return, Replacement and Refund (Hassle-Free Process)

  • If a return is needed: We will provide a complimentary return address, cover all round-trip shipping costs and customs clearance fees, and ensure you bear no additional expenses.
  • If a replacement is needed: After receiving and inspecting the defective product, we will dispatch a new, qualified product within 3 working days, giving priority to ensuring your production schedule.
  • If a refund is required: After confirming the quality issue, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method. For cross-border refunds, the maximum processing time is no more than 14 working days (subject to the specific payment channel).

IV. Our Additional Guarantees: Responsibility Reflected in Details

  • Commitment to Packaging and Secondary Sales:For returns due to quality issues, we will still accept the return even if the original packaging is slightly damaged (not caused by intentional human damage), and will not refuse to provide protection on this basis.
  • Responsibility Tracing:All quality issues will be recorded in our supplier evaluation system. Brands with frequent problems will be eliminated, thereby improving product quality from the source.

V. Circumstances Not Covered by Quality Assurance (To Avoid Misunderstandings)

The following circumstances are not covered by the quality issue guarantee. Please note:

  • Product damage caused by your improper operation (such as incorrect testing, electrostatic damage, pin cutting, failure to properly store after unpacking, etc.);
  • Products that have been installed, used, or tested, and for which the fault cannot be proven to be caused by the product’s own quality;
  • Products that exceed the quality guarantee period or for which valid purchase certificates cannot be provided;
  • Products where you have ordered the wrong model or specification due to your own reasons, and there are no quality issues with the product.
